Korea Mate (the "App") is operated by Yuwol Film (유월필름). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, we collect your email address and name.
• Booking requests — details you provide for a reservation (service category, preferred date/time, party size, special requests, and any photos you attach).
• Messages — communications between you and our concierge team.
• Device & usage data — basic technical data (device type, language, app version) to operate and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and coordinate your reservation requests with businesses (restaurants, beauty & wellness providers).
• To communicate with you about your bookings via in-app chat.
• To provide customer support and improve the App.

3. Sharing

To arrange your booking, we share only the necessary details (such as your name, party size, and preferred time) with the business you ask us to book. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (data center in Seoul, South Korea) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and strict access controls.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time. The App includes an in-app "Delete Account" option that permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email us at 106ljune@gmail.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Korea Mate is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Korea Mate(이하 "앱")는 유월필름이 운영합니다. 본 방침은 수집하는 정보, 이용 방법, 이용자의 권리를 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보 — Apple·Google·이메일 로그인 시 이메일과 이름.
• 예약 요청 정보 — 서비스 종류, 희망 일시, 인원, 요청사항, 첨부 사진.
• 메시지 — 컨시어지팀과의 채팅 내용.
• 기기·이용 정보 — 기기 종류, 언어, 앱 버전 등 기본 기술정보.

2. 이용 목적

• 예약 요청을 업체(식당·뷰티 등)와 조율·처리하기 위해.
• 앱 내 채팅으로 예약 안내를 위해.
• 고객지원 및 서비스 개선을 위해.

3. 제3자 제공

예약 성사를 위해 이용자가 요청한 업체에 한해 필요한 정보(이름·인원·희망 시간 등)만 전달합니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 광고 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 보관 및 보안

데이터는 Supabase(서울 리전)에 저장되며, 전송·저장 구간 암호화와 접근 통제를 적용합니다.

5. 이용자의 권리

언제든 열람·정정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 기능으로 계정과 관련 데이터를 영구 삭제할 수 있으며, 106ljune@gmail.com으로도 요청 가능합니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
