Korea Mate is a booking concierge for visitors to Korea. Tell us what you'd like to book — a restaurant, a salon, and more — and our team coordinates directly with the business and confirms everything for you through in-app chat.
How do I make a booking request?
Open the app, choose a category, fill in your preferred date, time and party size, then submit. Our team takes it from there.
How much does it cost?
Korea Mate is currently free to use — there is no platform fee.
What languages are supported?
The app is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Spanish, and Russian. You can switch anytime in settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
