Vinote ("the App") is a wine tasting journal that lets you record wines, run blind tastings with friends, and get AI-assisted insights. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: your email address and a display nickname. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier and email those services provide (you may use Apple's "Hide My Email").
• Content you create: tasting notes, scores, favorites, tasting sessions, and any photos you choose to add.
• Basic technical data: standard logs needed to operate and secure the service (e.g., request timestamps, error logs).

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers, and we do not sell your data.

2. How we use your information

• To provide core features: saving your records, running tasting sessions, and showing community averages.
• To generate AI tasting notes and recommendations. For these features, wine and tasting details (not your account credentials) are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate text. This data is processed to fulfill your request and is not used to identify you.
• To maintain security and prevent abuse.

3. Service providers

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (data hosting).
• Apple / Google — sign-in and app distribution.
• Anthropic — AI generation for tasting notes and recommendations.

These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

4. Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time inside the app (Profile → Delete account), which permanently removes your account and associated records. You may also email us to request deletion.

5. Children

Vinote concerns wine and is intended for adults of legal drinking age in your region. It is not directed to children.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us at 106ljune@gmail.com for any privacy request.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.

비노트("앱")는 와인을 기록하고, 친구들과 블라인드 테이스팅을 하고, AI 분석을 받을 수 있는 와인 테이스팅 기록 앱입니다. 본 방침은 수집하는 정보와 이용 방법을 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보: 이메일 주소와 표시용 닉네임. Apple 또는 Google 로그인 시 해당 서비스가 제공하는 식별자와 이메일을 받습니다(Apple "이메일 가리기" 사용 가능).
• 이용자가 만든 콘텐츠: 테이스팅 노트, 점수, 즐겨찾기, 모임 기록, 직접 추가한 사진.
• 기본 기술 데이터: 서비스 운영·보안에 필요한 표준 로그(요청 시각, 오류 로그 등).

정밀 위치, 주소록, 광고 식별자는 수집하지 않으며, 데이터를 판매하지 않습니다.

2. 정보 이용 목적

• 핵심 기능 제공: 기록 저장, 모임 진행, 커뮤니티 평균 표시.
• AI 테이스팅 노트·추천 생성. 이 기능을 위해 와인·테이스팅 정보(계정 인증정보 제외)가 AI 제공사(Anthropic)로 전송되어 텍스트가 생성됩니다. 요청 처리 목적으로만 사용되며 개인 식별에 쓰이지 않습니다.
• 보안 유지 및 악용 방지.

3. 서비스 제공업체

• Supabase — 데이터베이스·인증·저장소(데이터 호스팅).
• Apple / Google — 로그인 및 앱 배포.
• Anthropic — 테이스팅 노트·추천 AI 생성.

4. 보관 및 삭제

계정이 활성 상태인 동안 데이터를 보관합니다. 앱 안에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있으며(프로필 → 계정 삭제), 계정과 관련 기록이 영구 삭제됩니다. 이메일로 삭제를 요청할 수도 있습니다.

5. 아동

비노트는 와인 관련 앱으로, 거주 지역의 음주 가능 연령 이상의 성인을 대상으로 합니다. 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

7. 변경

본 방침은 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 새 날짜와 함께 이 페이지에 반영됩니다.
